My name is Johnetta Marie Webb. I was born & raised in Rochester NY. I am the oldest child of four which includes one sister & two brothers. I grew up pretty fast, not because I wanted to but because I had to. I had to learn very early to be responsible for taking care of others. So as a child that was my life as I knew it. I sufferd many things at the hand of thers, which included physical & sexaul abuse. Mother & Father was drug addicted. I was prettty much an overachiever all of my life, trying to make something of myself to be above the rest. I got it in my head at an early age that I was special & would be differnt from my parents. I knew of God as a child & knew that HE was a part of me but I didn't know the extent of it. To make a long story short I became addcited to alcohol at the age of 18 & at the age of 23 I was addcited to crack cocaine. I have been homeless, I have prostitued myself for drugs, I have stole, lied & cheated to get what I wanted while I was on drugs & living in the streets, but through all of that God did keep me. My life was on the line several time & I almost lost it from drug addcition & alcoholism. I tried to get broken free through NA & AA & I went to many rehabs & halfway houses & outpatinet clinics. While those things helped me for a brief time, they were NOT a long term solution to what I needed to help ME!! It wasn't until I became introduced to Jesus, did my life begin to change for the better & STAY changed. I am now a Minister for God & I can tell YOU that it hasn't always been easy but It has gotten better day by day. I can't tell YOU that I have no problems in life but I can tell YOu that there is nothing too hard for God to handle. I can tell YOU that IF YOU give God a chance, that HE will never eave YOU nor forsake YOU!! What Qualifies ME for MInistry is this, God HIMSELF!! He knew ME before I was formed in my mothers womb & it is HE(God) that has called me to do what I do. To God be all the Glory!! Amen
